  • Q: How much does embroidery cost?
    A: Final cost depends on the number of stitches in your artwork please email your artwork to us so we can determine the final price.  

  • Q: Do you have a minimum quantity order?
    A: Embroidery minimums are generally12 pieces per design or logo. However, we make exceptions for special projects and existing customers.

  • Q: What do you need to digitize my logo?
    A: We can digitize your logo using any digital image. You can send us the image of your logo preferably in any of this files JPG, PDF, EPS, AI.

  • Q: What if I have multiple logos to be digitized, will I have to pay for each logo? 

  • A. Yes, we have to individually digitize each of your logos.

  • Q: How long does it take to digitize a logo?

  • A: 3-4 business days.

  • Q: What if my logo is already digitized?
    A: If you already have your logo digitized, you can email it to us and avoid the setup fee. However, your logo must be in a DST format. We recommend you include a JPEG file along with the digitized file and the PDF.  Essential Embroidery & Sainz Designs is not responsible for the embroidery quality of customer supplied DST files.

  • Q: How long does it take to have my order ready?
    A: Our turnaround is 7-14 business days however we are flexible with rush orders. If you have a specific deadline let us know so we can work closely with you on the time line.

  • Q: Can I mix apparel styles, sizes and colors?
    A: Yes, you can in must items please consult with us.

  • Q: Will you embroider items sent to you?
    A: Yes, for special projects and existing customers, but please understand that Essential Embroidery and Sainz Designs is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as a broken needles and machinery malfunctions etc. Essential Embroidery and Sainz Designs is not liable for replacement of those items

  • Q: Can I choose a specific thread color?
    A: Yes, see the electronic color cards and choose the thread number. colors on your monitor or printed on paper may not precisely match actual thread colors. For precise matching please refer to the physical color card at our office.

  • Q: To who I should make payment:

         A: We are a subsidiary of Sainz Designs, LLC  All Payments must be payable to Sainz Designs, LLC

  • Q: Can I place a order and pay later?

         A: NO, All orders must be pay in full in advance, we will not proceed with any order until full payment is completed and clear.
